“5/5 from start to finish! After my son’s friend ran the gokart into our AC, I knew we were doomed. Contemplated a fix but given our unit was over 20 years old, we decided to replace everything. I was provided a number of quotes and was assisted by the technician in making a decision. He was honest and explained the different units in a way my female brain could register. It only took a day from payment to install. The guys that came for install were polite, punctual, and knowledgeable! When they said, “you can close your windows, your air is on” I was elated!
