My AC unit stopped working, I needed service ASAP due to recent extreme hot temperatures and my elderly, disabled mother in the home with health concerns. I called NC Comfort Systems, the receptionist was very pleasant and understanding. They sent technician Brian O'Connell out the same day. The issue was resolved with excellent and expeditious service! We have a cool home again! I highly recommend NC Comfort Systems, Inc.
