Comfort Systems made the process easy by handling all communication with my tenant and keeping me informed along the way. Our technician, Mr Hallock gave an honest, professional straight to the point assessment. He was able to attach videos to explain what I was seeing and hearing. Explained the options available to fix the issues, and how the process works.
There was no harassment of trying to upscale a system or replace more than I had to. I would recommend this company and technician by name to anyone.”

“Our heat pump was not keeping up with the extremely and unusually cold temperatures and 10” of snow we received. A very nice and professional young man did a thorough inspection of the system and found the pump clogged with snow from the roof had fallen on it. He cleared it and checked other possible issues, but found none. We have used this company for 15 years and found them to be prompt, reliable and experts in HVAC issues. I highly recommend them.”
