I was provided a number of quotes and was assisted by the technician in making a decision. He was honest and explained the different units in a way my female brain could register. It only took a day from payment to install. The guys that came for install were polite, punctual, and knowledgeable! When they said, “you can close your windows, your air is on” I was elated! It’s been about 10 minutes and I can already feel the difference. This week has been HOT and I’m thrilled to have air conditioning again!
